Welcome to HACCP U

Thank you for allowing us to join you in your studies of HACCP. It is my favorite Food Safety course to instruct.

Course instructions. Please read carefully

You now have life long access to the course materials and reference materials.

A welcome email was sent with you log in user-name, which is your email address.

There are five modules. Take them one at a time. We reccomend that you spend a couple of hours at a time on the course, then give yourself a break. It is a long course and should be taken slowly to get the most benefit our of it. Do not make it your goal to complete the course. Make it your goal to learn as much from the course as you can. Get your money’s worth.

We are convinced that this is the most comprehensive course available. After six months, we have not found anything lacking. If we do we will add it. If you feel that there is an error in the course, we would appreciate a support ticket letting us know about it so we can investigate it. Also, if there is a problem with the course, web site wise, PLEASE let us know.

As advertised, we not only support bulling and log in issues. If you have a question about HACCP, feel free to submit a support ticket, located under the “Contact and Support” menu item. We will respond within a day. Probably a lot sooner, unless we have to investigate something time consuming.

The modules may load slow since a couple of the modules contain ten movies. Be patient with the modules loading, please.

Again, Welcome. When you paid for this course, another menu item appeared on the menu which was not there before. We know, you didn’t notice. it is “HACCP 101 Course”. It is only there for registered HACCP 101 students. Hover over that menu item. You will see the five modules. The main page is another way to access the modules. The five modules contain all the course material.
