Texas-food-handler.com, fantasypi.com, tabc-certifications.com, texas-food-manager.com and texasfoodhandler.net are websites maintained by Texas Best Food Services Training, Hurst, Austin, Texas, for the sole purpose of providing training and services under the auspices of training and certifications required by state and governing agencies. “Texas Best Food Services Training”, “Texas Best Food Handler”, and “Texas Food Handler” are DBA’s registered in Tarrant County Texas.
By using one of these website, you affirm and certify that you have read and agree to our Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions of Use.
We will attempt to keep your state and city and county food and beverage certifications up to date unless you tell us not to. This keeps you legally serving food in Texas and out of trouble with the health departments and your employer. This tracking and re-certification and re-registration is a free service that we provide. Around your renewal date, we will attempt to renew your credentials with the State of Texas, and counties or cities as appropriate, and email you your new credentials. If the transaction is unsuscessful, we will contact you. Your new certifications and credentials will be e-mailed to you. To cancel automatic renewal, you must contact us Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us that you do not desire automatic renewals.
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on these websites and other information provided to you by Texas Best Food Services Training, portions of this information may be incorrect or out-of-date. Neither Texas Best Food Services Training nor its affiliated companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, or VAR partners, or information providers or suppliers warrants the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of information provided and shall not be liable for any losses caused by such reliance on the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of such information.

Refunds will depend on the policies of the provider of the specific course taken. Texas Best Food Services Training policy is that refunds will be issued for most courses (see refund policy), upon emailed request if a certificate has not been issued or 72 hours has not passed since enrollment. Period. Our VAR vendors such as Athomeprep and 360training.com have their own refund policies.
In providing the best educational services, we may track your training expiration dates and possibly attempt to auto renew your training credentials. At the least, we will attempt to notify your of your certification expiration statuses. These services can be terminated at any time by emailing our support team.
